Experience and skill

Project management experience:
It is preferable to have at least 3 years of experience managing projects with 10 or more people.
Having experience managing projects with 50 or more people would make you an even more reliable candidate! -
Technical Fields
It is important to have confidence in some technical area.
(Examples: Security, Front-end, Java, etc...) -
Software Development Experience
Experience in software development is essential, whether it be for in-house services or contract development.
Additionally, experience with common development methodologies such as
Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Prototyping, and Spiral is required. -
The following specialized experience is a plus:

Core Package Implementation
（Examples: SAP、Salesforce、Microsoft Dynamics、etc...） -
Cloud infrastructure construction
Mindset

The ability to listen to others and facilitate meetings independently.

Troubleshooting Ability, Fire-Fighting Ability

Being able to work together with Vietnamese people and having the intention to do so is essential.
We are a company specializing in offshore services in Vietnam,
and accepting the cultural differences between Japan and Vietnam is a prerequisite.
Certificates
It is not necessary, but having qualifications backed by experience would be even better.
(For example: PMP, Information Processing Engineer (PM))

We require a minimum of 3 years, preferably 5 years, of software development experience. -
Languages and Frameworks
Be fluent in three or more languages and two or more frameworks.
※The required language is Java/JavaEE. -
Areas of expertise
We would like you to have some area of expertise in system development.
(Examples: business application development, package development, front-end, mobile applications, etc.)） -
Others
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) would be a plus.
