Project Manager / PMO
What we do
We are a company specializing in Vietnam offshore development. We are involved in a wide range of projects, from core system modernization for major enterprises to security consulting and cloud infrastructure construction. Recently, we have seen a particular increase in roles as Japan-side PMs/PMOs who work closely alongside our clients' IT departments. Our approach is not "please dump all the development on us," but rather a partner-style work environment: "deeply understanding the client's business operations and working together to reduce the burdens faced by their IT department." Vendor control, requirement alignment, internal coordination, progress management... We are looking for someone who can dive deep into the field as a PM and take action so that the IT department can focus on what they truly want to do.

It is perfectly fine if you do not meet every single requirement. However, we would love to welcome someone who feels confident in their own unique strengths.
Experience and skill
Project Management
-
At least 3 years of experience as a PM leading a team of 10 or more members (Required).

Experience in projects with 50 or more members will further expand your scope of activity.
Experience in Collaboration with Clients
-
Experience closely collaborating with the client's IT or business departments to lead requirement definition and issue alignment.
-
Experience in PMO support and vendor management will make you an immediate asset.
Software Development Experience
-
Experience participating in software development projects, regardless of whether it is in-house service development or contract development (Required).

Proficiency in using multiple development methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Prototyping, and Spiral.
Technical Background
-
Possessing a technical area where you feel confident.
-
The specific field does not matter—whether it is Security, Cloud, Frontend, or Java.
-
What matters is being a "PM who can converse with engineers on equal terms."
The following experiences are a plus:

Core package implementation (SAP / Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

Cloud infrastructure construction and migration
Mindset

Ability to actively listen to clients and facilitate meetings.

Ability to calmly organize the situation during crises or troubleshooting, involve relevant stakeholders, and execute recovery plans.

Feeling comfortable operating as "a member of the client's IT department."

Ability to work on equal terms with team members in Vietnam. It is ideal if you are someone who can enjoy cultural differences.
Qualifications
While not mandatory, qualifications backed by solid experience will be positively evaluated.

System Engineer (with BrSE Responsibilities) [Urgently Hiring] Experienced intra-mart Developers!
What we do
We are a company specializing in Vietnam-based offshore development. Our projects span a wide spectrum, ranging from security consulting and cloud infrastructure construction to core enterprise system development.
Currently, we are seeing a surge in intra-mart projects that operate on a collaborative, co-creative model rather than a traditional "hands-off / outsourced" approach. We work closely with our clients to streamline their business flows from scratch, co-design the necessary workflows, and bring them to life. These projects offer the rewarding experience of working directly with clients and seeing the immediate, real-world impact of your work on-site.
In this role, you will act as a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) connecting the Vietnamese development team with our Japanese clients. You will be fully involved in the entire lifecycle, from requirements definition to design, implementation, and testing.

[Urgently Hiring] intra-mart Development Experience

Experience in development and implementation using the intra-mart Accel Platform.

Hands-on experience with the Script Development Model (Mandatory).

Experience in Low-Code Development is a strong plus (recent projects are shifting heavily toward low-code solutions).

Possession of any intra-mart certification (IMS / IMP / IML / IMC) is highly preferred.
Software Development Experience

A minimum of 3 years, preferably 5+ years, of hands-on software development experience (Mandatory).

Proactive and autonomous experience in at least one of the following phases: Requirements Definition, Basic Design, Detailed Design, Implementation, or Testing
Languages & Frameworks

Java / JavaEE proficiency is mandatory.
-
Strong proficiency in 3 or more programming languages and 2 or more frameworks will significantly broaden your scope of impact.
Core Core Competencies
-
A proven track record and confidence in at least one specialized area, such as enterprise application development, package development, front-end development, or mobile applications.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
(Preferred but not required)

Knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (experience with AWS is highly welcome).

Prior experience as a BrSE or acting as the Japan-side window/point of contact for offshore development projects.

The proactive drive to clarify and organize ambiguous specifications on your own initiative.

Certificates

Advanced-level Information Technology Engineer certifications (at least one passed examination) are desirable.

Other certifications that will be positively evaluated include: intra-mart Certified Specialist (IMS) / Certified Professional (IMP), AWS Certifications, etc.
